kuc9 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the kuc9 platform available at kuc9.app, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and kuc9. kuc9 reserves the right to conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any stage of the account lifecycle, including prior to processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

kuc9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through a range of payment methods available to players in Bangladesh. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all financial activity on the platform.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed within your account at the time of the transaction
• Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. kuc9 may request identity documents before releasing funds, including but not limited to national ID, passport, or a photograph
• Funds deposited must not originate from illegal sources. kuc9 reserves the right to block and report transactions that appear suspicious or inconsistent with normal gaming activity
• kuc9 does not charge deposit fees, however fees applied by your payment provider (e.g. bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are outside kuc9's control and may apply

kuc9 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. Where a conflict exists between general terms and bonus-specific terms, the bonus-specific terms prevail.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in BDT and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated on each offer
• kuc9 reserves the right to withhold or cancel a bonus if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts or using VPN services to circumvent eligibility restrictions
• Free spins issued as part of a promotion are subject to the specific game and stake value stated in the offer terms
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first deposit only. Players who have previously held an account with kuc9 are not eligible for welcome bonus offers

kuc9 may withdraw, amend, or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed an active offer will not be retrospectively affected by changes to that specific offer's terms, provided the offer period has not expired.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the kuc9 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of account balances without compensation.

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including chip dumping in live casino games or match-fixing in sports betting markets
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tool to interact with the platform in place of genuine human play
• Attempting to exploit any software error, glitch, or bug in the platform's games or payment processing systems for financial gain
• Opening or operating more than one account, whether under your own name or another identity, including using a different mobile number or email address to circumvent a restriction or ban
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, using gaming activity to disguise the origin of funds derived from illegal sources

kuc9 cooperates fully with relevant authorities in any investigation relating to fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity involving the platform. Suspected cases will be reported without prior notice to the account holder.

All content on kuc9.app — including but not limited to the site design, graphics, text, logos, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of kuc9 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the platform without prior written consent from kuc9.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kuc9 excludes all liability for losses or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to the following.
